By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site.
1. Nature of the Website and Services
OneCor10 is currently in an Invite-Only development and prototyping phase. To maintain operational security and strict isolation, our architecture is being engineered exclusively in controlled environments and is not publicly available for open download. The information provided on this Site regarding our post-quantum networking engines and secure virtualization architecture is for informational purposes only. We do not currently offer downloadable software, direct product sales, or operational service level agreements (SLAs) through this Site.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, architecture designs, and concepts displayed on the Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and technical frameworks (e.g., "WildHorse Enterprise," "The Double Roll," "Member-LPI," "Lead-Mare," and "Herd-Member" architectures)—are the exclusive intellectual property of OneCor10. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any content or concepts presented on this Site without prior written consent from OneCor10.
3. Booking Technical Briefings (Calendly)
We utilize a third-party service (Calendly) to schedule technical briefings. By booking a briefing, you agree:

That OneCor10 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, decline, or cancel any briefing request if we determine there is not a mutual fit, or for security and vetting purposes.
That communications during these briefings may be subject to further Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) depending on the level of technical detail discussed.
4. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Cloudflare for hosting/security and Calendly for scheduling) that are not owned or controlled by OneCor10. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The information and services on the Site are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Because our technology is currently in the active development phase of our Minimum Viable Product (MVP), OneCor10 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or current deployment status of the technologies described.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall OneCor10, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or our scheduling services.
